Q: Which payment methods and credit cards do you accept?
A: You can pay with any major credit card.

Q: Is my payment secure?
A: Yes, we take your security very seriously. The signup page (and the entire site) is encrypted with SSL, meaning that any information you submit is secure. 

Q: What if I change my mind and want my money back?
A: Once you submit payment, your card will be charged for that month. You can cancel at any time and your card will not be charged after that. 

Q: Is this a recurring subscription?
A: Yes, you will be billed each month (if you choose the monthly subscription) or each year (if you choose the annual subscription). Your subscription will be renewed within 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can cancel at any time.

Q: Will you be doing any special events or meet-ups for supporters in the future?
A: Yes, absolutely! We would love to meet our lovely community once it is safe to do so!

Q: What will the money be used for?
A: The money is used towards us and our staff who put in the energy and time in creating and delivering you quality content and events. This community takes a village to run. Additionally, there’s the cost of website hosting, running events, design, social media, creating and gathering resources, research, and so much more! Your subscription fees are used to pay for all that, so we can keep producing the content that helps you and the community grow and allow you to meet with like-minded folks.

Q: Can you upgrade or downgrade your plan?

Yes! If you are upgrading, you will have to cancel your plan and purchase the higher plan. If you are downgrading, reach out to us and we will do it from the backend.
